The board, staff and all others in attendance must wear a face mask at all times while in the building. Physical distancing will be followed during the meeting, with all attendees seated six feet apart. To ensure physical distancing, in-person attendance will be limited to 50 people. If the number of guests exceeds 50, an overflow room will be available.

Community members wishing to address the board of education during the public participation portion of the evening must complete a virtual comment card at the following link: https://bit.ly/PSDBOECommentCard. Requests to speak during the in-person meeting must be submitted by 6:45 p.m. the day of the meeting. Information from this form will be used by the board president to invite speakers to address the board. Those who plan to attend the meeting in person will be called by name and asked to stand and remain at their seat to speak. Those who are not attending but wish to have their comments read to the board may submit their comments through the form. Those comments will be read by the secretary to the board of education during the meeting.
