Don Furjes - Principal 

Dr. Furjes was named principal of Remington in 2011. Prior to being named building principal, he served as the building Principal of Avery Elementary in the Webster Groves School District. Before serving in the Webster Groves School District, he served as Assistant Principal at  Wren Hollow Elementary School in the Parkway School District.  In addition, he taught physical education at Henry Elementary also in the Parkway School District. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education, from the University of Missouri- St. Louis. A Masters in Educational Administration from Lindenwood University and a Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from St. Louis University. Dr. Furjes is married with four children and spends much time with family and friends.  He enjoys playing golf, cooking, and watching all sports.
