Any student requesting a locker will complete the following steps:
- Complete the google locker request form.
- List any special accommodations needed for their locker assignment if applicable in the google locker request form.
- Lockers assignments and combinations will be emailed back to the student after completing the google form.
The steps mentioned above and the google form below can be used for announcements and the newsletter.
