Board Actions

The board of education on Feb. 8:

  • Reviewed and accepted a report from the district audit committee on the annual financial audit of the district; for more details visit the Feb. 8 agenda on Pattonville's BoardDocs website;
  • Heard an update on and approved Pattonville’s COVID-19 safety plan and procedures;
  • Reviewed and accepted an evaluation of the district’s teaching and learning program; view the presentation or read the report;
  • Approved paying $2,440,311.13 for regular bills;
  • Approved, subject to audit, the financial statements for the month of January 2022;
  • Approved paying $342,957.75 for purchases made on the district's purchasing cards, which earned the district a rebate of nearly 1% (or $3,429.58);
  • Lodged for action student and staffing projections for the 2022-2023 school year; a vote is expected during the March 8 board meeting;
  • Approved the employment of certified staff for the 2022-2023 school year;
  • Approved an economic agreement for the 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 school years between Pattonville and the Pattonville Educational Support Professionals (PESP)
  • Approved revisions to policies GDBC-R-2 (Sick Pay - Support Staff), GDBC-R-4 (Support Staff Leave), GDBE-R-2 (Support Staff Holidays) and GDPB-R-1 (Support Staff Separation Incentive Plan);
  • Approved paying $1,564 to Tueth, Keeney, Cooper, Mohan & Jackstadt for legal services:
  • Approved proclamations declaring March 2022 as Music in Our Schools Month and Youth Arts Month in the Pattonville School District;
  • Approved as lodged for action revisions to Policy BBB (School Board Elections); 
  • Approved the emergency repair of a sewer lateral located between Holman Middle School Gym B and the transportation department provided by Bi-State Utilities for $12,753.45;
  • Approved the renewal of the annual subscription of SeeSaw with the addition of SeeSaw lessons with SeeSaw for $23,547.50;
  • Approved, pending contract approval by the district chief financial officer, fleet management services through Enterprise Fleet Management, which may include the purchase and lease of vehicles as needed; and
  • Approved a three-year renewal of the learning management system with Empower Learning for $67,950.
