District releases video series discussing Virtual Learning

We released a series of videos to help you better understand what virtual learning will look like when school starts on Aug. 31. If you have specific questions, please contact your student's school.

Part 1 - What is Virtual Learning? 

Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning Dr. Tina Plummer kicked off the new series by explaining what you need to know about virtual learning.

Part 2 - Schedule/planning

Drummond Elementary third grade teacher Ms. Katie Dolan explains what a school day will look like for a student during virtual learning.

Part 3 - Technology

Pattonville Heights Middle School social studies teacher Mr. Kerry Brown describes the technology teachers and students will be using during virtual learning.

Part 4 - Grading/assessments

Pattonville High School history teacher Ms. Katherine Korte provides details about grading and assessments during virtual learning.

Part 5 - Special education services

Special School District of St. Louis County area coordinator for Drummond Elementary, Remington Traditional and Willow Brook Elementary Ms. Carla Addoh and Parkwood Elementary School SSD teacher Ms. Terri Lyons talk about how students will receive special services during virtual learning.
