|Tuesday, December 12, 2017|
The Pattonville early childhood has been selected as one of 15 organizations in the region to partner with the St. Louis Diaper Bank to provide diapers for low-income families. Pattonville families that meet the qualifications can receive up to 50 diapers a month.
Pattonville is expected to receive approximately 70,000 diapers this year to assist its families, said Mary Krekeler, Pattonville's director of early childhood. The St. Louis Diaper Bank exists to help strengthen low-income families in the St. Louis region by ensuring access to an adequate supply of diapers and by raising awareness about the causes and consequences of diaper need in the community.
